- Autogenerated alembic script to drop_constraint is missing the constraints name.
- Naming conventions in metadata sequences are ignored
- take topological ordering into account when adding/dropping dependent cols/tables

- Add support for mysql ALTER TABLE with multiple alter_specification
- if/when SQLAlchemy provides truncation for naming convention names, need to do that same truncation on the name comparison side
- Autogenerate cannot detect partial indexes (with postgresql_where) on postgres
- `alembic.config.Config('nonexisting.ini')` doesn't fail
- Autogenerate renders TypeDecorator instance instead of underlying impl type
- Alembic always detects changes on indexes that use to_tsvector()
