- fix: #6065, reject transaction when handler rejects with undefined
- feat(migrations): let the migration lock expire so a crashed run no longer blocks migrations
- fix(pg): reject transaction outcome when COMMIT returns ROLLBACK
- Connection returned to the pool with an open transaction when ROLLBACK or COMMIT fails on the client (e.g. pg `query_timeout`)
- PostgreSQL: `executionPromise` resolves when COMMIT is answered with ROLLBACK (aborted transaction)
- Discard a connection when COMMIT or ROLLBACK fails uncertainly
- SQLite: a failed COMMIT leaves the connection inside the transaction, every later BEGIN fails
- fix(sqlite): roll back the transaction when COMMIT fails
- fix: expose QueryBuilder and Raw classes from the main entry point
- SQLite: transactions that read then write fail with SQLITE_BUSY despite busy_timeout (allow BEGIN IMMEDIATE)
