- bug(ls): when the current cwd swapped to a /dev/null copy file it returns . and .. even must not
- timeout:fails to send RTMIN/RTMAX signals through ChildExt
- bug(sort): when ulimit -v 1048576 and passing to ./sort /dev/full panics
- bug(timeout): failure to exit on `strace` when due to `SIGTTIN` interactions with child process
