- chown: --from can change a file that doesn't have the given owner
- sort: stop reading --random-source after the 128-bit salt
- uucore: use rustix::fs::Dir in safe_traversal to fix EOVERFLOW on 32-bit systems
- CI: make sure GNU is the system coreutils in the GNU test job
- chown, chgrp: decide --from on the file that is changed
- stty: support B460800 and B921600 baud rates
- chmod, chown: -R --preserve-root judges the operand by a separate path lookup
- mv: cross-device directory move writes through a symlink that appears in the destination
