- fix(uucore): use stable borrowed file descriptors in raw I/O adapters
- tail: don't panic when a file is renamed within an event batch
- who, pinky: show a login time that cannot be represented as its raw seconds
- who, pinky: the C locale date format is used only when LC_ALL, LC_TIME or LANG is literally "C"
- timeout: --preserve-status with --kill-after returns the signal number instead of 128+signal
- pr: an option value that looks like an operand is taken for one, and invalid numbers and page ranges are reported differently from GNU
- shred: a FIFO, a directory and a missing file are reported differently from GNU
- sort: an invalid --parallel value is reported by clap, not as GNU does
- env: --list-signal-handling lists env's own changes, not the state of the signals
- timeout: words after DURATION are still parsed as options
