- fix(realpath): To error out in long paths
- bug(sort): when ulimit -v 1048576 and passing to ./sort /dev/full panics
- bug(timeout): failure to exit on `strace` when due to `SIGTTIN` interactions with child process
- cp -a on Cygwin/MSYS2 spams xattr errors and fails directory merges (File exists os error 17)
