- env: trace environment changes with -v
- ls: honor LC_NUMERIC for the -h decimal separator
- pr: take -n, -s and -S values attached only, as GNU does

- Rename `Settings` structs to `Options` for consistency
- stty: verify tcsetattr applied all requested settings
- wc: derive column width from the size of stdin
