- date: align Thai locale formatting with GNU
- printf: reject malformed hex and unicode escapes in %b arguments
- dircolors: honor TERM/COLORTERM for the built-in database
- split: quote a zero SIZE in the invalid-number diagnostic
- unexpand: prevent overflow on over-large tab stop values
- tr: align [:upper:]/[:lower:] the way GNU does, and say so
- stty: add omitted path in permission denied error
- tests: cargo test doesn't run stty tests
- unexpand: a plain over-large `--tabs`/`-t` value overflows (overflow-checks) or runs away (release) in the tab-conversion output path
