- when a room becomes empty offer to leave the room as well or invite someone

- tagging a room as Direct Chat can take ~10s to be reflected in the UI
- 3pid invites are sent referencing room id, not alias
- Indicate success/failure for changing a room's notification level
- e2e key import dialog has lost its spinner
- "Messages containing keywords" notif option in settings doesn't let you select on/off/noisy until you specify keywords
