- an encrypted message sent by a user other than the user that encrypted it may be shown as trusted

- undecryptable m.call.invite events don't trigger a VoIP ring once they're decrypted
- Room upgrade modal: pressing enter doesn't upgrade the room, but "Upgrade" option is highlighted
