- Confusing error: "This room is unfederated" when inviting someone on the same server to an unfederated room without perms
- Failures in a deployment can lead to develop.element.io getting broken
- App gets stuck on spinner if workers fail to load
- CSP worker-src doesn't match where workers are loaded from

- Can't send messages in some encrypted rooms anymore
