- Allow disabling `editor.cursorSmoothCaretAnimation` in specific modes (particularly insert).
- Support tpope/vim-unimpaired
- Command line mode doesn't allow `<C-u>`, `<C-e>`, `<C-a>`, etc.
- Formatting with `gqq` doesn't work while recording a macro
- Switching windows with `<C-w><C-k>` freezes VSCode for a few seconds
- `:'<,'>s` produces incorrect result if replacement has more lines than search pattern.
