- 'TextEditor disposed', CodeHelper ~100% CPU, 'invalid value for set cursor position. This is probably bad?'
- Selection of several lines does not persist after moving (w/ neovim)
- Cannot map Function / F-keys with vim.insertModeKeyBindings
- Unrecognised ex-commands changes indentation
- Copying to clipboard in visual line and block mode does not produce same results as yanking (when pasting)
- Mapping `<S-Space>` to `<Esc>` is not working
- `%` does not jump between `def` and `end`, etc (matchit...)
- Add next occurrence bug with single character selections (such as ";")
- Shortcuts displayed in Command Pallete are not correct with VSCodeVIM
- Using neovim, some space at the beginning of a line is treated differently than other characters
