- `_part_offset` returns projection part offset with `prefer_optimize_projection`

- Named collections classed static: `<s3>` endpoint credentials no longer reach them
- `least`/`greatest` NaN: interpreted keeps it, JIT drops it - flips on 4th run
- `sequenceMatch` returns wrong, run-varying result for patterns ending in `.*`
- Arrow dictionary/Nested reads drop `clickhouse.opaque` tag, corrupting values
- Partitions page: "same data and number of rows" claim is contradicted by the live playground (tables hold different dataset snapshots)
