- Parallel replicas INSERT SELECT into an S3 table: every replica uploads its share to the same key, silent loss of most rows
- Re-adding a skip index under a dropped index's name silently returns wrong results while the DROP INDEX mutation is pending
- CLEAR COLUMN is silently skipped when combined with RENAME COLUMN of the same column in one ALTER statement
- TTL GROUP BY ... SET on a partition-key column silently produces a part whose partition metadata disagrees with its data
- Acknowledged INSERT is silently lost on ReplicatedMergeTree after its hash rolls out of the deduplication window: cleanup prunes Keeper but never invalidates the in-memory deduplication cache
