- Record non-replicated deduplication block IDs only after the part is committed
- Take serializations of simple types from the cache in `SerializationDynamic::deserializeBinary`
- Text index: posting lists of a token present in every row are decoded row id by row id; building them from their row ranges makes such queries up to 96% faster (pfor)
