- Pending async inserts into `Distributed` become permanently undeliverable after `RENAME COLUMN` and wedge all later sends
- Iceberg: a table identity-partitioned by a `uuid` column returns wrong results and cannot be read — the manifest's raw `fixed[16]` partition value is never decoded
- 26.9 regression: a pending `ALTER UPDATE`/`DELETE` referencing an `ALIAS` column makes every read with `apply_mutations_on_fly` throw `NO_SUCH_COLUMN_IN_TABLE`
- Quotas KEYED BY ip_address bill INSERT written_bytes to a shared 0.0.0.0 bucket: cross-client QUOTA_EXCEEDED and dropped acknowledged async inserts (regression in 25.5)
- Correlated scalar subquery without GROUP BY spuriously hits max_rows_to_group_by: TOO_MANY_ROWS with default throw mode, silent wrong counts with break
- JSON: merges with `advanced` shared-data serialization hash every shared-data path once per bucket
- JSON: parsing text into the `JSON` type hashes each leaf path up to 3 times per row to find its typed or dynamic column
- JSON type rejects unpaired UTF-16 surrogate escapes (`"\udf1e"`), and `input_format_json_throw_on_bad_escape_sequence = 0` does not apply to it
- Expose Prometheus-compliant `_total` counter names for ProfileEvents (opt-in)
- Iceberg `OPTIMIZE TABLE` rewrites the table instead of committing a snapshot: a second OPTIMIZE leaves no metadata file
