- Iceberg: files next to or under `metadata/` take over the table, and `OPTIMIZE` deletes them
- Make TTL elements, codecs, statistics and index types plain AST nodes for generic tree walks
- `DataLakeCatalog`: a table location that is not a valid URI (e.g. with a space) breaks `SHOW TABLES` of the whole database with a raw `Poco::Exception`
- List only the table's own directories when reading or compacting Iceberg and Paimon tables
