- Heavy argument shared by several `and` is now evaluated per `and`: 2.9x slower
- left/right/substring/byteSlice/bitSlice (and the UTF8 variants) read a UInt64 length or offset >= 2^63 as negative: right('abcdefghij', 18446744073709551615) = 'bcdefghij'
- Do not move a shared heavy argument of short-circuit `and`/`or` behind the cheap one
- Fix exception-safety classification for Tuple comparisons
