- MergeTree: do not mutate an empty part that cleanup is about to drop
- Compact part without `default_compression_codec.txt` is unattachable after the ZSTD default flip: the Compact leg of `detectDefaultCompressionCodec` probes per-column streams that never exist (passes only for a column literally named `data`)
- Tables persisted with an off-grid `Fixed/UTC±HH:MM:SS` time zone become unloadable after upgrade: no SQL can read, drop, or detach them, and with `async_load_databases = false` the server does not start
- DateTime64 query parameters lose the sign for negative subsecond timestamps
- A settings profile persisted with an off-grid `Fixed/UTC±HH:MM:SS` `session_timezone` makes the upgraded server fail to start; a user with such a setting is locked out and breaks `system.users` queries
- Parquet signed INT32/INT64 statistics are applied as bounds in a hinted unsigned type's order: point lookups under a UInt32/UInt64 schema hint silently return no rows
