Help out
- Issues
- `clickhouse local` accepts `--logger.level` but always logs at `trace` to the console — user-supplied level is overwritten with `trace`
- `Field::restoreFromDump` cannot read the `UUID_` / `IPv4_` / `IPv6_` dumps that `Field::dump` writes — non-basic `Literal` values not JSON-round-trippable + garbage leaks `CANNOT_PARSE_QUOTED_STRING`
- Analyzer's `tryReplaceOrEqualsChainWithIn` moves the `IN` behind other operands — defeats short-circuit guards under default settings (`x = 0 OR intDiv(1, x) != 0 OR x = 2 OR x = 3` → `Division by zero`)
- Formatter emits unquoted identifier `not`: `SELECT NOT \`not\`` re-formats to `SELECT NOT not` which does not parse back
- `CREATE DICTIONARY` formatter upper-cases and unquotes back-quoted key / SOURCE / LAYOUT names — `SHOW CREATE` output no longer parses
- `ATTACH TABLE t ENGINE = E AS other` formatted as `ATTACH TABLE t AS other ENGINE = E` — parser rejects the formatted form (`AS other` must come after storage for `ATTACH`)
- `JSONObjectEachRow` accepts bytes after the closing `}` only when `max_block_size = 1` — input validation depends on block-size setting
- Feat(MergeTree): `ALTER TABLE ... RENAME INDEX`
- ALTER UPDATE of a parent column leaves a skip index on its subcolumn stale: the mutated part hardlinks the old index and queries silently drop rows (WHERE v IS NULL returns 0)
- [Iceberg spec part 6] Sort the rows of an Iceberg position delete file by file_path and pos
