- patchNullSlots does per-row rebuild, slowing Nullable(Enum) filters up to 2.9x
- `col::T` key: constant cast in its own type, so matching granules are pruned

- ADD PROJECTION using a subcolumn inside an expression is accepted, then every INSERT fails with NOT_FOUND_COLUMN_IN_BLOCK: the subcolumn guard only checks output columns
