- kqlRangeCount rescale guard uses common::mulOverflow, a no-op for Int256
- `match('abc', 'abd\Q\E*c')` = 0: required substring keeps the optional `d`
- `^ab(?)*c` prunes matching rows: empty flag group `(?)` not zero-width
- NOT-wrapped float comparison with optimize_append_index drops matching rows
- Constraint `NOT (a < b)` reaches the comparison graph un-negated
- `SYSTEM DISABLE ALL FAILPOINTS` tests disarm the Stress job's fault injection
