- RENAME COLUMN after MODIFY QUERY on MergeTree raises LOGICAL_ERROR
- Distributed plan fails on subcolumn of dictionary-default column
- `Merge` children share one record: a sibling's dictionary aborts the query
- Disks: honor cancellation during local copies

- Fix: only_enums gate matches top-level Enum only: Nullable(Tuple(Enum)) still throws 691
