- Check that PREWHERE is covered by the query condition cache key, not only deterministic
- Plain `MergeTree`: `REPLACE PARTITION` and `TRUNCATE` in a transaction keep the deduplication block IDs of removed parts, so a later identical `INSERT` is silently dropped
- Do not deduplicate an insert against parts removed by REPLACE PARTITION, MOVE PARTITION or a transactional TRUNCATE
- `ColumnIndex::insertIndex`: check the index width with a shift
