- Fix(String): Reject out-of-range UInt64 slice arguments
- RFC: Compression codecs for subcolumns
- Make `modulo` give the same result for constant and column divisors
- ARM ThinLTO: `SerializationString::serializeBinaryBulk` up to 1.5x slower
- Fix wrong results of `IN (subquery)` and `has` for `Interval` values of different units
- Fill the `fault_access_type` column in `system.crash_log` for ARM
- Heavy argument shared by several `and` is now evaluated per `and`: 2.9x slower
- left/right/substring/byteSlice/bitSlice (and the UTF8 variants) read a UInt64 length or offset >= 2^63 as negative: right('abcdefghij', 18446744073709551615) = 'bcdefghij'
- Do not move a shared heavy argument of short-circuit `and`/`or` behind the cheap one
