- Peak memory blows up when reading big rows that follow small rows: first read of a range is sized by the wrong granule
- Fix huge first read block when big rows follow small rows in a part
- Do not prune parts by `_block_number` and `_block_offset` with `FINAL`
- DeltaLake: delta-kernel block_on waits forever when its result-handoff thread cannot be spawned (fixed upstream in delta-kernel-rs#3202)
