- Paimon: resolve columns by field id, so tables with renamed or re-added columns are readable
- Iceberg Glue catalog: `INSERT` fails permanently with `Write into iceberg was not successful` after another writer (pyiceberg, Spark) commits, because ClickHouse names metadata files `v<N>.metadata.json` from the catalog pointer
- Iceberg Glue catalog: every ClickHouse commit replaces the Glue table definition with a bare one (no columns, no `previous_metadata_location`, no table properties, no `VersionId`)
