- [DocDB] Deleted rows come back after a tablet split while a large transaction is still being applied
- after a timed-out failback the app deleted rows on A that it had written on B, and an index entry for one of them stayed behind on both universes (`index contains spurious row`)
- [YSQL][Skip Locked Optimization] READ COMMITTED SKIP LOCKED exhausts restart-read retries on pg_statistic while auto-ANALYZE bumps the catalog
- The application cannot start while either universe is down; `bootstrap_failover_group` raises on the first unreachable universe
- with drainTimeoutSecs=-1 the switch never completes while the application keeps running; the app keeps committing on the outgoing universe and new connections wait
- ycqlsh doesn't verify the server certificate, even with `SSL_VALIDATE=true`
