- [YSQL] ALTER SEQUENCE MAXVALUE/MINVALUE/AS type and identity SET MAXVALUE fail against the cache-reserved last_value
- [YSQL] After ROLLBACK of ALTER SEQUENCE INCREMENT BY, the session keeps stepping by the rolled-back increment
