- `terminal::SendKeystroke` matches `ctrl-alt-p` on macOS but forwards no bytes to the terminal
- Edit prediction status bar icon shows Zed AI with non-Zed provider
- Command-Enter in agent panel focuses editor instead of sending message immediately
- JSON autocomplete/suggestions don't work in `settings.json` and `keymap.json` when file is a symlink
- Open recent projects does not show projects I expected
- Format does not work if file has not been saved
- Can't log in to Kilo Code agent (ACP registry) — login button does nothing
- Zoom/Pan not possible in SVG Preview (only other images)
