- optimization: when initializing struct fields, and some are undefined, sometimes initialize individual fields instead of memcpy
- remove extra call stack frames from panic
- noalias on all parameters by default (with debug safety); ability to specify mayalias
- debug info: use c++ namespace dwarf info to be able to see items in namespaces
- error for incorrectly indented code / misleading indentation
- connect inline assembly errors from llvm back to the source nodes
- debug safety feature: runtime undefined value detection
- send patch to LLVM to enable evaluating array initializers to work
- investigate using the allocsize llvm function attribute where appropriate
- setting union to undefined should make none of the fields active
