- Fix optimisation targets in build.zig (`-Drelease-fast` => `--release-fast` etc.)
- improve comptime performance to roughly, generally the same as CPython execution speed of equivalent Python code
- Copy elision causes side effects when modifying a struct in place.
- Missing c_float and c_double types
- add build.zig API for linking against libstdc++
- Proposal: Rename @trunc and @truncate
- allow integer types to be any range
- child_process.zig, can't spawn executable from env with a cwd
- `a = f(a, b);` return value sometimes interfering with argument?
