- Dropping a column can break a trigger WHEN clause
- REFRESH fails after adding a vector index to a materialized view
- sql: with a BEFORE INSERT trigger, `UPSERT` / `INSERT ... ON CONFLICT DO UPDATE` of a new row compute stored and indexed computed columns from the wrong values (stale index entries, bypassed UNIQUE/CHECK, duplicate hash-sharded keys)
- sql: `UPSERT` / `INSERT ... ON CONFLICT DO UPDATE` arbitrate on the row before the BEFORE INSERT trigger runs: the trigger's row is dropped, another row is updated or overwritten, and some UNIQUE constraints admit duplicates
- sql: `COPY ... TO` writes `STRING COLLATE` and `CITEXT` values as SQL literals (`e'Stra\u00DFe' COLLATE de`), so a COPY round trip stores the literal text
- sql: text-format `COPY ... FROM` does not decode backslash escapes for JSONB, `STRING COLLATE`, CITEXT, REFCURSOR, TSVECTOR and ENUM columns

- geo: GeoJSON output (`ST_AsGeoJSON`, `to_json`, JSON changefeeds) writes the M ordinate of XYM geometries as the Z coordinate
