- bun bake: reload after a page is added, and after a reload that failed at a page
- run: read `--prefix` and `-C` of a script's `npm run` as `--cwd`
- streams: follow a promise returned by direct pull() or async-iterable next() through its own then()
- node:tls: a user SNICallback replaces the addContext() entries on a listening server
- node:quic: use one default stream window per endpoint
- pack, publish, pm diff: open a directory at its turn, not when its parent lists it
