- sql: `COPY ... TO` writes `STRING COLLATE` and `CITEXT` values as SQL literals (`e'Stra\u00DFe' COLLATE de`), so a COPY round trip stores the literal text
- sql: text-format `COPY ... FROM` does not decode backslash escapes for JSONB, `STRING COLLATE`, CITEXT, REFCURSOR, TSVECTOR and ENUM columns
- changefeedccl: Avro encoding of TIMESTAMP/TIMESTAMPTZ overflows `timestamp-micros` after 294247-01-10 and for `infinity`, emitting dates around year -290278
- geo: GeoJSON output (`ST_AsGeoJSON`, `to_json`, JSON changefeeds) writes the M ordinate of XYM geometries as the Z coordinate
